My name is Tae Daley. I am an entrepreneur/Professional Athlete who is looking for a Social Media/Video Editor who can manage and grow my social media influence and presence. In addition, I am looking for someone who can cut up and edit videos from long form videos to short form videos and create long and creative style videos. This person must be able to edit videos rapidly and with precision; tech savvy and familiar with the Social Media Platforms. In the beginning, the main social media platform that will be utilized is Instagram but will be expected to manage other social media accounts such as Tik-tok, Youtube, and Twitter (Pay will increase as the role and expectations increase). This Person will also be expected to engage with other users, reach out to different brands for collaboration, and execute marketing campaign deliverables. This person must be consistent and able to communicate between me and my marketing agent in a timely and efficient manner.

If you can please send previous work of thumbnails you have is a simple role with different components to it, editing and creativity is necessary. This role starting pay will be $400 per month and open to pay raise after the first 45 days. This role will have a strictly defined payment structure that can reach as high as $2,500 per month.(This will not be easy to obtain, you have to prove your worth and your ability to work hard on a consistent basis). In addition, because this person is my social media manager, my success is determined by your willingness to work, bring creative ideas, and reach out to sponsors. THE BETTER YOU RUN MY PAGE, THE MORE WE MAKE= THE MORE YOU MAKE). We do a pay period every 45 days to evaluate whether or not you are a good fit for the team.
