Social Media Manager

Hello, we are looking for an expert social media manager with our creative agency (Click to view) that has experience working with high level influencers/content creators and has an extensive background in creating high quality thumbnails and titles for the them that create curiosity.

We are open to negotiating base pay based on your experience and the skills that you bring to the table. We will first need to put you through a trial period with us first to make sure you are a good fit for our company and can deliver. Once we see your work ethic and ability to perform, we will make sure you are paid accordingly and continue bumping your pay up over time.

You will be:
-Creating premium quality thumbnails for LF and SF content that drive high CTR (Alex Hormozi style thumbnails)
-Posting manually on youtube, instagram, facebook and tiktok for clients. No post scheduling softwares as they ruin reach
-Handling social media posts for multiple clients
-Working set shift hours from 9am MST – 5pm MST USA hours, all our staff works these hours since that is when clients are most active

We are looking for:

-Ability to follow instructions
-Organization with multiple clients and thumbnail requests
-Experience in thumbnail design, click through rates, engagement rates, and social media management
-Strong computer/pc to render 4k videos, photos, graphics
-Canva experience

Again you must be experienced. meaning you have worked with at least 2-3 content creators with at least 10k+ followers each on one platform or another. This is a high level position, do not apply if you are new to thumbnail creation or social media strategy.

You need a high performing computer that can download, render, and keep up power wise. Do not apply for this position if you do not have at least 3 references of creators you’ve worked with that have 10k+ followers each.

This is not a rookie position, we do not have time to handhold and train you on the common sense fundamentals of thumbnail creation with Canva. You should be able to create Canva templates (if you don’t have them already) for all our clients so you are able to drop the client’s photo, change title, tweak a few things and be done in 10-15 minutes.
