Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager who understands the unique requirements of representing a medical practice in the digital space.

Job Description:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and patient engagement efforts. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to create informative and engaging content that aligns with our practice’s values and complies with healthcare industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast)
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog)
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company, report to appropriate management
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist, preferably in the healthcare sector
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
