SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

I am a model / content creator selling digital products and services and i need another person to join my team

I am looking for a full-time virtual assistant with an iphone to do the following for me:
– editing and colourgrading videos
– captions and hashtags
– dms and comments
– posting tiktoks

if you join my team, you will be wearing many hats – but i will train you in all of them and of course i will only work with you if already have skills and experiences in some of these tasks. i am looking to work with someone for the long-term so if you just want a job for a few months, please do not waste my time applying.

HERE ARE THE THINGS & SKILLS YOU NEED:

1. HIGHLY ORGANIZED – you need to organize hundreds of pictures and videos into various folders for current and future social media content across multiple platform and you need to organize the many constantly-changing tasks you need to do per day

2. WRITE AND THINK like a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER – many filipino can write “good” english, but it’s easy to spot that they are “virtual workers” because of the “formal or stiff” way they write english. you need to be able to write the way most americans write/comment/dm. you need to pass of as me in all the content creation / customer messaging / replying to comments that you do. (note how i have been typing this whole ad.. lots of sentence and technical and punctuation errors.. but it flows well the same way an american would talk.. and that’s what is needed for social media excellence nowadays.. makes sense?)

3. PASSIONATE ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA (especially videos for instagram and tiktok) – ideally you should be an avid tiktoker and/or redditor and passionate to keep up with the trends and memes etc. you will be turning my videos into viral tiktok videos. this means researching what other content creators are doing in my niche and doing your best to copy them.

4. BONUS if you have experience with photoshop or any kind of video-editing tools

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL CONSIST OF:

– organizing and posting content for tiktok, reddit and twitter
– writing witty, relevant and engaging captions & hashtags
– responding to direct messages and comments

I am looking to hire someone ASAP and starting pay is $2-4USD per hour depending on your experience
