Job Description

Collabrium is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency committed to achieving results for our clients in the hospitality, beauty and automotive industries.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our various clients’ brands and boost engagement through their various social media platforms (Mainly Instagram, Facebook). The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and our business. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, create and schedule engaging and visually stunning content including images, videos, graphics, copy, captions etc that showcases our clients brands/venues across a variety of platforms and mediums.
– Conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
– Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms.
– Track & analyse social media metrics and create reports.
– Stay informed about platform updates, features, and industry trends.
– Incorporate new features and strategies to enhance social media presence.
– Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to reach optimal results.

Qualifications and Skills:
– 2-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
– In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
– Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, formatting, and graphic/video production.
– Excellent copywriting skills
– Ability to analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions.
– Ability to meet deadlines.
– Strong knowledge of using Canva, Later and Grammarly.
– Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
– Passion for social media and an understanding of industry trends and developments.
– A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
