4 Nineteen Education & Training is a leading organization committed to the advancement of massage therapy and athletic training. We provide high-quality education, training, and support to massage therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapy schools, and athletic training departments. Additionally, we host the annual Black Massage Therapist Conference, a prestigious event that brings together professionals, sponsors, vendors, donors, and attendees for networking and knowledge exchange.

**Position Overview:**
As a Social Media Manager for 4 Nineteen Education & Training, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, fostering connections, and generating sales leads within the massage therapy and athletic training community. This position involves creating engaging content, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to connect with prospective massage therapists, athletic trainers, schools, and departments. Moreover, you will be responsible for securing sponsors, vendors, donors, and increasing attendance for the Black Massage Therapist Conference through effective social media strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Content Creation:**
– Develop and curate compelling content that resonates with the massage therapy and athletic training audience.
– Create and share educational materials, success stories, and industry updates.

2. **Lead Generation:**
– Identify and engage with prospective massage therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapy schools, and athletic training departments through social media channels.
– Utilize social listening tools to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.

3. **Conference Promotion:**
– Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote the Black Massage Therapist Conference.
– Increase event attendance through targeted marketing and promotional campaigns.

4. **Networking:**
– Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and organizations to expand our network.
– Actively participate in relevant groups, forums, and discussions to establish 4 Nineteen as a thought leader.

5. **Sponsorship and Vendor Outreach:**
– Identify and approach potential sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors for the Black Massage Therapist Conference.
– Negotiate and secure partnerships to enhance the conference experience.

6. **Community Engagement:**
– Foster a sense of community among our audience through active engagement on social media platforms.
– Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– In-depth understanding of social media platforms and trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with the massage therapy and athletic training industry is a plus.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proven track record of lead generation and conference/event promotion.
