Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be tasked with increasing our social media following to 5,000 quality followers within 12 months and generate more bookings, targeting specifically holidaymakers in the UK looking for large accommodations. This role demands creativity, strategic planning, and a hands-off approach where the Social Media Manager will autonomously execute strategies to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Create and curate engaging content tailored to our target audience, including photos, videos, and promotions, emphasizing the unique selling points of Norfolk Coastline Retreats.
– Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
– Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive image and encourage word-of-mouth promotion.
– Collaborate with influencers and local tourism boards to expand our reach and attract new followers.
– Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they are targeted effectively to our core demographic.
– Report on progress towards goals, including audience growth, engagement rates, and ROI on advertising spends.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in social media management, with a portfolio demonstrating successful growth strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
– Strong ability to target and engage with specific demographics, particularly UK holidaymakers interested in large accommodation options.
– Creative thinker with outstanding communication and organizational skills.
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to execution.
– Familiarity with analytics tools and competence in analyzing data to inform strategy adjustments.
