Position Summary
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our digital presence. You’ll design and implement strategies that amplify our voice across various social networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a creative mind, an eye for design, and a finger on the pulse of current and emerging social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals, increases our online presence, and boosts audience engagement.
Content Creation: Produce original, impactful content that resonates with our target demographic, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Your creativity will drive our narrative forward.
Community Engagement: Act as the face of our brand on social media, managing interactions by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive community environment.
Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and ROI.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, ensuring our strategy remains fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) managing social media platforms for a brand, with a strong portfolio of past work.
Proficient in using social media analytics tools and able to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
Creative mindset with strong graphic design and video editing skills. Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent. Bonus Skill: Go High Level
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
