Job Description
Lead Origin is seeking an experienced social media manager who is eager to grow within our Marketing Team. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You’ll balance a multitude of projects & tasks, and your day-to-day life will be constantly changing and evolving. You’ll collaborate and work alongside internal teams to create and share content that continuously drives our clients’ brands forward.
Job Responsibilities
• Grow, execute, and communicate across our client’s social media channels daily
• Communicate with internal teams to constantly improve content
• Write copy for social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages and more
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction with the account(s) you are matched with to ensure a positive customer service experience
• Understand and monitor social media analytics by tracking key social media analytics on a regular basis, and adjusting the strategies to optimize outreach
• Respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages on local directories and social media
• Routinely implement email newsletter campaigns for clients
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all content
• Optimize content for SEO, social platforms, and engagement
• Utilize analytic tools to review content performance consistently
• Leverage data, insights, trends and best practices to represent brands with proper authenticity, voice, and tone
• Monitor all competitor and industry social media presences and trends across all platforms
• Constantly find ways to get ahead of the game!
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Agency experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and presentational skills
