Social Media Manager

Gulfside Media is a real estate photography company based in Naples, FL, USA. We are in search of a social media manager to head our client acquisition and be responsible for the quality control of our product.

Starting at: $3.50 per hour with no experience / $5.00 per hour with experience
Starting at 20 hours per week.

Currently we use Instagram for client acquisition. Our target clients are Realtors in the Southwest Florida area.

The daily responsibilities of this job include, in part, the following:

Instagram Outreach:
– Creating & posting content
– Using Instagram search features to discover potential clients in the local area.
– Leveraging project management software to aggregate and structure endeavors and outcomes.
– Deploying engagement techniques to raise awareness of the company among real estate agents.
– Communicating with and handling responses of potential clients

Quality Control & Upload:
– Receiving photos and videos from the editor
– Reviewing the content and ensuring it’s up to our standards
– Communicating with editor to resolve issues with content
– Uploading, labeling, sorting, and delivering content to client

A significant portion of client outreach will involve sending messages generated by our automated message-generating tools. Nonetheless, certain facets of engagement will necessitate the creation and response to individualized messages tailored to highly specific posts. For this reason, being fluent in English is a requirement. The ability to read, understand, and respond professionally to clients is essential to our success.
