Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies, including researching competitor strategies, identifying SEO keywords, and monitoring trending topics.
Identify and engage with target audiences and communities across various social media platforms.
Research and monitor relevant hashtags to optimize content visibility.
Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
Craft engaging and compelling social media copies and captions.
Design graphics for various video formats including Reels, YouTube videos, and advertisements.
Analyze weekly and monthly analytics to evaluate content performance and track KPIs.
Implement organic and paid social media marketing strategies.
Collaborate with influencers for effective brand promotion.
Drive lead generation through strategic content marketing efforts.
Utilize SEO techniques for on-page and off-page marketing.
Assist with graphic design needs across various marketing materials.
Manage email marketing campaigns effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Proficiency in content strategy development, including competitor research and SEO optimization.
Strong graphic design skills, particularly for video content.
Experience with social media analytics tools and KPI tracking.
Knowledge of both organic and paid social media marketing techniques.
Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
Ability to generate leads through effective content marketing.
Proficiency in SEO on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Experience with email management and marketing platforms.
