Position Overview:
Are you a creative and experienced social media enthusiast with a knack for crafting engaging content and managing multiple platforms? If so, we want you to join our team at Ethos360 Recruitment as a Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Your creativity, experience, and self-starter attitude will play a pivotal role in growing our online presence and engaging with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Ethos360 Recruitment’s social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including posts, memes, blogs, and videos, to foster community engagement and increase our online following.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to make data-driven improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Utilize basic website functionality to manage and update relevant content.
Qualifications:
3 or more years of proven experience in social media management for a company or brand.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Adept at multitasking and managing multiple social media accounts.
