Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager, your role involves crafting and executing our social media strategy to boost our online presence. This entails shaping our brand’s online image, connecting with our audience, and directing traffic to our digital platforms. We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate with a keen interest in current social media trends, proficient in multiple platforms, capable of creating compelling content, analyzing metrics, and improving our brand’s visibility. We seek a creative individual with a strong grasp of digital trends and best practices in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with company goals and brand image.
Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive online community.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track the success of our campaigns and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing.
Research and create multimedia content.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance.
Any other related ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a social media manager or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content.
Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret and act on social media metrics.
Knowledge of graphic design, photo, and video editing tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
