We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and take charge of our clients’ social media accounts. If you’re a social media enthusiast with a knack for content creation, engagement, and analytics, we want you on our team!

Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager VA, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients’ social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and execute effective social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content on social media platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns for clients.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Prepare monthly reports showcasing social media performance and recommendations for improvement.
Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms (if applicable).
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in digital marketing or agency work is a plus.
Proficient in photo and video editing software. (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final cut)

Hours: This position starts as a part-time role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and workload.
