We are in search of an experienced Virtual Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our online presence in the real estate industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online brand image, creating meaningful connections with potential clients, and increasing our exposure. You will work remotely and collaborate with our real estate team, including our video editor and administrator, to develop and execute effective social media strategies. Your creativity, social media expertise, and passion for real estate will be crucial in driving our success.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Content Creation and Social Media Strategy: Develop and curate compelling content tailored to the real estate industry. Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and foster engagement.
Audience Research: Identify and understand our target audience to craft content that resonates and builds meaningful connections.
Audience Engagement: Interact with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build strong relationships with followers.
Posting and Scheduling: Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across various social media platforms- overseeing and tracking administrators work. Utilize scheduling tools for efficiency.

Collaboration with our social Media Admin: Collaborate closely with our social media administration team to align strategies and optimize content delivery.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analyze data to evaluate post and campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies for optimal results.
Competitor Analysis: Keep a keen eye on competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities to outperform and innovate.
Real Estate Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and incorporate them into social media content.
Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to expand our reach and achieve specific objectives.
ROI Analysis: Measure and assess the return on investment (ROI) of social media efforts, fine-tuning strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Advanced knowledge of social channels relevant to the company’s success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Flexibility
• Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance.
• Advanced knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and market dynamics is a plus.

SKILLS:
1. Social Media Expertise: A strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) as well as You Tube and the podcast platform is essential. Proficiency in using these platforms effectively, knowledge of their algorithms, and awareness of best practices for each channel is crucial.
2. Content Creation: Create brand persona through the brand’s online channels. The ability to develop and create engaging and relevant content that increases community engagement online. Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/ leads. This includes working with our marketing department to create compelling content, captions, SEO, creating eye-catching graphics, and overseeing videos produced by the team.
Tailoring content to the real estate industry and the target audience is essential.
3. Data Analysis: Analytical skills are vital for monitoring and interpreting social media metrics. Being able to assess the performance of posts and campaigns, track audience engagement, and make data-driven decisions for strategy optimization is critical.
4. Collaboration: While this position may be remote, collaboration skills are still essential. You’ll need to work closely with real estate professionals, designers, and other team members to coordinate content and align strategies.
5. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the real estate industry, including its terminology, trends, and market dynamics, is highly beneficial. This knowledge allows you to create content that resonates with potential clients and showcases your expertise.
