We are actively seeking a results-driven and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can take charge, stay on top of the ever-changing social media landscape, and drive increased output and followers across all our social media channels. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth on all social media channels.
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform’s requirements and target audience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively apply this knowledge to optimize campaigns and drive innovation.
Demonstrate a growth mindset by constantly studying social media trends, experimenting with new approaches, and identifying opportunities for improved performance.
Display exceptional organizational skills and maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of social media content.
Actively monitor and analyze social media data, to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and integrate social media into broader campaigns.
Possess excellent copywriting skills to craft compelling and engaging social media captions, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Utilize email funnels and other lead-generation strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
Be a team player, contribute positively to the company culture, and align with the mission and values of the organization.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with demonstrable results in increasing followers and engagement.
Growth mindset and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
Highly creative, with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging content.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar effectively.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing social media data and using it to drive decision-making.
Proficient in copywriting, email funnels, and understanding the nuances of different social media platforms.
Experience managing social media growth and successfully increasing followership across various channels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Positive energy and a can-do attitude are non-negotiable.
