Social Media Manager

I am an author focused on themes of gratitude, positivity, motivation, and self-love. I am looking for a talented and dedicated social media manager to help grow my Instagram presence under my pen name.
What I’m Looking For:
Content Creation & Posting: I need someone to create and post high-quality content for my Instagram page. This includes a mix of reels, feed posts, and story posts.
Consistency: The schedule I have in mind includes:
Feed Posts: 2-3 times a day, 6-7 days a week.
Story Posts: 9-11 posts from Monday to Friday, and 7-9 posts on the weekends (2-3 posts can be re-posts from other creators with similar content and/or target market). I do expect posts to be around the same time/day, as this is best for seeing when engagement is the best. I will leave posting times up to you, but I do expect post times to be based on Eastern Standard time. If you do need tips on the best times to post, I can assist.
Aesthetics & Branding: An aesthetically pleasing feed is crucial. I am open to discussing branding to ensure the content aligns perfectly with my message and appeals to my audience.
Quality & Value: Each post should provide genuine value to my audience, reflecting the themes of gratitude, positivity, motivation, and/or self-love.
Growth-Oriented: The content should be optimized for Instagram’s current algorithm to maximize reach and engagement.
What I Offer:
Initial Trial: I would like to start with a one-month trial to assess progress and growth.
Content Ideas: I have some content ideas ready, but I am open to your creativity and suggestions.
Review Before Posting: I would like to review the content before posting to ensure it aligns with my vision and standards.
Goals:
Build a Real Following: Attract and grow a genuine audience interested in my content.
Promote Products: Effectively promote my gratitude journal and any future products.
