Zander Media is seeking a full time Social Media Manager to run social media for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms. Responsibilities include drafting written content for review, copyediting, reviewing videos, posting content, and engaging with comments on each platform. Clear, written communication very important for this role.

Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and implement social media and community follower acquisition development and retention strategies, and best practices across various social media channels (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
Collaborate with the Zander Media team to define and extend the social and community voice of our clients
Grow followers and audience engagement by delivering fully integrated social programs across all channels
Manage social media content and campaign creation, execution and scheduling including day-to-day content creation and sourcing, maintenance of a content workflow and posting calendar and post-campaign analysis
Test, optimize and analyze social media campaigns and projects.
Develop knowledge of client target market followers, how they behave, and how to market effectively to them
Constantly follow social media trends and leverage those trends to create engaging & authentic content
Communicate directly with users via social media channels including directing and responding to questions, engaging in conversation, connecting with key influencers, and being the social media voice for our clients.
Use social media intelligence to correctly interpret, document, and report community engagement with campaigns. This includes both positive/negative sentiment, as well as topic analysis and breakdowns across the entire digital ecosystem, not just the vocal minority
Attend weekly meetings via Zoom and meet with other internal stakeholders as needed
Develop and document systems for creation and promotion of social media content across all Zander Media social projects
Develop and document systems and protocols for ensuring accountability and consistency in Zander’s Social Media Department
Cultivate management and leadership skills to support the growth of Zander Media’s Social Media Department

Qualifications:
Established experience managing social media (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, blogs, etc.) and community platforms
Strong understanding of audience expansion through organic & sponsored content
Strong ability to write and format clear, engaging and cohesive messaging to multiple target audience segments
Ability to work individually and with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and drive results
Must be friendly, open, and a life-long learner, and able to instill those qualities working with team members
Must be a collaborative team player that is able to work well in a fast paced, customer-focused environment
