Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately drive business results.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation. Post on Social Media Accounts – YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, dedicating 60 minutes to activities like liking, commenting, etc. LinkedIn: Aim for 100 outreach per day.
Content Creation.
Generate Reports. Produce reports per platform every Friday
Build a Network. Participate in groups and forums, and schedule and manage live events.
Blogging: Write two blogs through Blog Assistant. Utilize Click to view to generate content ideas based on popular queries.
Engagement. Engage with followers by sending personalized DMs on Instagram, thanking new followers, and initiating conversations. Respond to comments promptly and encourage dialogue.
Newsletter: Start a newsletter and grow an email list. Create a lead magnet to attract ideal clients. Maintain a consistent emailing schedule.
Promotion: Promote email list, blog posts, products, and lead magnets across all platforms, including social media, website, blog, email signature, Pinterest, and Google My Business.
Sales Promotion: Use email marketing to inform your subscribers about your services, encourage bookings, and make offers.
Google My Business: Post all blogs, new products, website links, and lead magnets on Google My Business to maximize visibility.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends.
