Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and handle our clients’ social media presence. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that will help us grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase our online presence and reach our target audience
Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
Monitor and respond to social media conversations, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and drive traffic to our website
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with our overall marketing objectives
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective social media campaigns
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all client communications and ensuring their needs are met
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies to clients
Handle post scheduling and performance reporting.
Create social media strategy proposals for new clientele

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in handling business social media management and Meta Business Manager
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
Have experience in creating content especially, short videos/stories and static images
Have experience in using scheduling tools
Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful social media campaigns
Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to analyze and interpret data
Able to handle account management and client facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write engaging and persuasive content and able to transition and embody clients’ brand voice
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
