Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence and engage with our community. The candidate must be willing to work an 8-hour full-time shift and be monitored via Time Doctor.
Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
-Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand voice and goals
-Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
-Grow our social media following and increase engagement through innovative campaigns and interactions
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns
-Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
-Identify and engage with micro-creators and product testers to promote our products and gather valuable feedback
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains current and effective
-Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking
-Coordinate with customer service to address any product-related inquiries or issues that arise on social media
Requirements:
-Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices
– Experienced with Dollar Eighty Strategy is required
-Experience with social media management tools
-Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Experience with community management and engaging with product testers is a plus
-Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
-Local Police Clearance before the start date.
