Job Description:
Can Titans is seeking for a humble, hungry, talented, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales for Can Titans. If you are creative, strategic, and have a keen understanding of social media trends, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
• Develop a content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals, brand initiatives, and promotional schedules.
• Produce and curate a variety of content types (posts, videos, stories, etc.) that resonate with our target demographics and promotes engagement
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including blog content, newsletter creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives, including promotions, and events.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, and conversion rate, to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in social media marketing to ensure Can Titans remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the team on social media performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
• Must have an extensive experience in both graphic and web design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Knowledgeable in engaging and interacting with the different types of demographics
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, writing, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools
• Experience in blog content and newsletter creation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and influencer marketing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently, set personal goals, train themselves, and identify solutions on their own
• Ability to create a content calendar for regular posting schedule
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred
