Social Media Manager

About Us: Recover Vibe is a leading health and wellness e-commerce brand based in Montreal, Canada that sells recovery technology products to help people live their best lives. We are a small and dynamic team who values creativity and the ability to think outside the box. We are looking for a social media manager that will be responsible for overseeing an organization’s social media presence, creating and executing a social media strategy to engage and grow a target audience, and measuring and reporting on the success of social media campaigns. Our goal is to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue from organic social.

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
Create and curate engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience
Manage the day-to-day social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and handle community management
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels
Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement them into our strategy

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management
Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Excellent writing and content creation skills
Experience using social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Later, Plann, etc.)
Experience using project management software (e.g. Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about health, wellness, and technology

Additional skills that we strongly will consider
Graphic design (including Canva, Figma)
Video editing (Reels/Tik Tok mostly)
