As the Social Media Manager at Admin Boutique, you will be responsible for managing the company and its clients’ social media presence across all channels. We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and execute social media campaigns that engage our audience and drive traffic to our website. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to align social media initiatives with our overall marketing strategy. This position plays a key role in promoting our brand and advancing our mission to revolutionize logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute social media campaigns across all channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
– Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and blog posts.
– Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and provide exceptional customer service.
– Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing strategy.
– Manage social media advertising budget and create and execute paid social media campaigns.
– Stay current with industry trends and adopt new social media tools and practices to improve performance.
Requirements
– Proven experience managing social media campaigns and platforms for at least 3 years.
– Exceptional writing and editing skills.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
– Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
– Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Insights).
– Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
