We are searching for a Social Media Manager who is experienced, passionate, and creative to join our team. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to grow our online presence and boost our marketing and sales efforts as a Social Media Manager. You will be collaborating with the Marketing and Sales divisions.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Running company social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
The ideal applicant will be well-versed in all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube. They must be able to oversee every aspect of our social media strategy, including platform development, content planning, and monitoring and evaluating results.

Social Media Manager Requirements:
Social media marketing experience. (particularly in the real estate investment industry)
Familiarity with design principles and lightweight visual design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.
Experience developing social media strategies.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Proven ability to build social media communities.
Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to think strategically while paying close attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Available in a graveyard shift BETWEEN (9pm – 5am Manila time)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5.00 – $9.00 per hour
