Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and promote our recruiting services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement with our target audience.
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and recruitment, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to improve our social media presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong creative writing skills to develop engaging and persuasive content that resonates with our target audience across different social media platforms.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
