Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Leadership: You will be instrumental in structuring and leading our marketing efforts, ensuring efficient and effective campaign management.
Sales & Lead Nurturing: Utilize Chat, text, and Facebook Messenger to engage and nurture leads, and extend invitations to our events, contributing to our sales strategy.
Community Management: Actively manage and engage with our online community, especially through comments and our Facebook group, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
CRM Mastery: Efficiently utilize and manage our GHL CRM system to track customer interactions and data, driving marketing strategies and customer relationship management.
Creative Content Production: Take charge of editing captivating reels that resonate with our audience.
Content Creation and Writing: Your creativity will shine through in content creation and writing, crafting messages that align with our brand and engage our audience.
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain content and event calendars, ensuring a strategic approach to our marketing activities and event planning.
Content Repurposing: Skillfully repurpose content across various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
Administrative Excellence: Handle certain administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Process Development: Design flow charts and standard operating procedures to streamline our marketing processes.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with me and our marketing team, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
Regular Meetings: Participate in meetings 2-3 times per week to align on strategies, progress, and collaborative efforts.
Growth Opportunity: Start as a part-time role with the intention of transitioning to full-time as you grow with us.
