Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling social media posts weeks in advance, ensuring optimal performance of our social media pages, and keeping our analytics and social media strategies up to date and organized.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar, scheduling posts weeks in advance for various platforms.
Monitor and optimize our social media pages to ensure they are engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content and drive engagement.
Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on performance, using insights to inform future strategies.
Implement and manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions and influencer partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Keep all social media assets, including images, videos, and other content, organized and easily accessible.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong track record of managing social media platforms and driving engagement.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage social media posts in advance.
Strong analytical skills to track and interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media content that aligns with brand identity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
Knowledge of best practices for social media optimization (SMO) and search engine optimization (SEO) preferred.
