Position: Social Media Manager (Freelance)

Location: Melbourne, Australia (Remote work)

Part time: 10 hours a week but possibly for more if everything works well

Pay may change depending on experience

Our mission is to create amazing outdoor areas for families to enjoy. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our community.

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media channels. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase our projects in a compelling and visually appealing manner. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our brand reaches and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Google My Business.

2. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with our team

3. Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
Engage with our online community, fostering relationships and encouraging user-generated content.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
3. High English written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
7. Familiarity with social media management tools

Bonus if you have
experience and can post articles to WordPress however its not a requirement
