I am a business owner with several social media accounts. I own a real estate website, a landscape company, and a software company. For real estate, we are launching an online wholesale platform with inspected property contracts for sale. For landscaping, we specialize in hardscaping in Maryland (USA). And for software, we specialize in chatbots and AI agents for small businesses.
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts within each company. They will manage each company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., marketing, and sales) to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive community engagement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.

Requirements:

– Experience with video creation and editing tools.
– Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
– Understanding of B2B and B2C social media marketing.
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Hands-on experience in content management.
– Excellent copywriting skills.
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
– Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
– Knowledge of online marketing channels.
– Familiarity with web design.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Analytical and multitasking skills.
– BS degree in Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field is preferred.
