Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to oversee the management and publication of content across our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering meaningful interactions and increasing user engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing our online community, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Plan and schedule social media content calendars in advance, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content.
– Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.
– Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
– Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers.
– Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, coordinate campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to continuously improve our social media presence.
– Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
– Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting and the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
– Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget management and performance analysis.
– Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
