What We Do:

We help 7 and 8 figure ecommerce businesses develop, optimize and scale their owned media marketing efforts. Whether they are just looking to start email marketing, they need to really refine what they are currently doing or they need someone to take the entire paid media department off their shoulders, we’re here to help them so that they can focus on running the business.

Our clients are leaders in their industry and have built strong relationships with the customers they serve. Our job is to ensure that their brand image stays consistent online and offline and, more importantly, that their business is growing.

Summary of The Position:

The social media manager will be responsible for posting content, performing research/analysis of top performing content, designing and scheduling content across all social media channels.

Required Skills:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Must understand the fundamentals of design – what looks good/bad and why
– Previous social media design experience
– Approach each day with a sense of urgency and purpose
– Excellent attention-to-detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Not Required But Desired:

– Experience with email marketing
– Experience working with ecommerce brands
– Experience with project management softwares like Clickup
– After Effects Skills
– Copywriting/Writing Skills
– Experience with using G-suite software

Responsibilities:

– Help to establish a standard set of KPIs
– Analyze what posts have worked the best in the past
– Identify current trending videos/topics
– Design new social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
– Cross post content on TikTok/Instgram/Facebook/Youtube Shorts
– Instruct video editor to cut certain parts of long form videos to make short form content
– Coordinate with video editor to make sure there is a good mix of different content pillars on each platform
– Engage with profiles on social media
– Take text posts and create social media posts from them
– Identify best trending posts and re-create posts in different formats
