Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Squad Inventive. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to maximize brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms, a proven track record of growing client social media pages, and increasing direct engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with client objectives and target audience.
Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including content scheduling, moderation, and responding to inquiries and comments.
Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to amplify social media reach.
Monitor industry trends and competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and implement innovative strategies.
Assist in the creation of social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Provide regular reports and analyses on social media performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Demonstrated ability to grow social media pages and increase direct engagement.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Proficient in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the web/app design development, digital marketing, or branding industry is a plus.
