Job Title: Social Media Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee social media accounts, develop engaging content, and foster collaborations with brand influencers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving traffic, and increasing engagement across various social media platforms.

This position is initially part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on business needs and the candidate’s performance.

Job Description:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and reach on TikTok and Instagram platforms (there’s a possibility to also use Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
– Create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand identity, values, and target audience, including crafting captions, selecting hashtags, and developing a content calendar.
– Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce compelling images, videos, and other multimedia content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand identity.
– Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
– Reach out to and collaborate with brand influencers for influencer gifting to amplify brand messaging, increase reach, and drive engagement.
– Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies accordingly.

Other potential tasks:
– Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and relationships with the audience.
– Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media management and campaign execution.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Experience with social media advertising and content creation tools is a plus.
