Job Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our brand’s digital footprint, increasing audience engagement, and driving our marketing goals. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our online presence, creating impactful, inspiring, and engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on growing followers and converting them into our email list.
Create engaging, short-form content tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Transform live videos and blogs into compelling social media content.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities.
Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all digital channels.
Collaborate with the team to align social media strategy with overall business goals.

Requirements:

Advanced English with excellent communication skills.
Proven track record of growing social media followings, particularly on Instagram.
Strong content creation skills, especially in short-form content. (and carousels)
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work during PST business hours.
Deep understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
Passionate about personal development and aligned with our brand’s mission and values.
Expert use of Canva and Video editing tools
