We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the LinkedIn page of our company owner. The ideal candidate will be passionate about personal branding, solopreneurship, and self-development, with a knack for creating and planning engaging content in English. This role is crucial for building the owner’s personal brand and promoting our products through their LinkedIn presence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop Growth Strategies: Create and execute a growth strategy for building a personal brand on LinkedIn.
– Content Creation: Produce high-quality, long-term content focused on self-development and solopreneurship.
– Daily Engagement: Post daily on the LinkedIn profile of the company owner to maintain an active and engaging presence.
– Follower Interaction: Engage with LinkedIn users (comments, messages) to increase profile visibility and followers.
– Monitor and Analyze: Monitor and analyze LinkedIn analytics to measure the success of content and campaigns.
– Profile Optimization: Administer and optimize the LinkedIn profile for maximum impact and visibility.
– Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn trends and best practices.

Job requirements:
– Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Experience: Proven experience in social media management, LinkedIn preferred.
– Skills: Strong understanding of content planning, creation, and social media engagement strategies.
– Ownership: Ability to take responsibility, work independently and manage time effectively.
– Initiative: Knack for generating ideas and making things happen.
– Availability: You can commit to working 20-30 hours a week.
