Beyond Real Estate is an all-in-one solution for home owners and investors. We help people invest and sell real estate through Real Estate Brokerage as well as provide Contracting and Renovation services and Property Management. We believe that it is our mission to help people build and maintain wealth through Real Estate. Our goal in 2024 is to help 100+ clients in their goals of investing or selling their property as well as 100+ clients in repairs, renovations, and property management. In order to do this we are looking to enter into the marketing realm, as we have never done marketing and are looking to grow a following and share our message through various social, online, and video platforms. We are looking for a motivated and creative self starter to create, execute and manage a social and online strategy (that is not running paid ads) that can increase our reach and client base.
Job Responsibilities
– Oversee and manage the online presence for all branches of the business.
– Coordinate with our full time video editor to develop engaging content that drives business growth, client and talent attraction, and appointment setting.
-Strategically manage and segment podcast content for social media, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
-Advise and direct the in-house team on content creation requirements in line with the vision and strategy.
-Develop innovative strategies for marketing properties and projects, as well as for business solicitation online.
-Monitor and increase audience engagement and following across various digital platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
-Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in real estate or related fields.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to create and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals.
-Proficiency in managing and promoting podcasts.
-Familiarity with social media analytics and SEO best practices.

-Creative thinker with an eye for design.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
