Seasonal Campaign Planning: Creating and executing campaigns aligned with holidays, special events, or seasons to capitalize on increased shopping trends during these times.

Social Commerce Integration: Understanding and leveraging social commerce features offered by platforms like Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, etc., to facilitate direct purchasing from social media.

Mobile Commerce Optimization: Recognizing the significance of mobile users and tailoring content for mobile devices, ensuring a smooth shopping experience on social media platforms.

Retargeting Strategies: Implementing retargeting ads on social media platforms to re-engage potential customers who have previously interacted with the brand or visited the website.

Influencer Marketing: Identifying and collaborating with influencers who align with the brand to promote products and increase brand visibility.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing social media as a channel for customer support, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance promptly.

Promotions and Offers: Creating and executing social media campaigns for promotions, discounts, flash sales, and exclusive offers to drive traffic and sales.

Ecommerce Platform Understanding: Familiarity with the eCommerce platform used by the brand (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to leverage social media for sales, promotions, and product launches.
