Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in crafting engaging copy for B2B content, possess creative design skills, and have a keen understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter. This role requires a creative individual who can generate compelling content and eye-catching graphics while maintaining a strong focus on the company’s industry and targeted messaging.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, EST

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop and write compelling copy for B2B content that aligns with the company’s voice and messaging.
Generate content and designs for a minimum of three posts weekly, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Design Skills:
Demonstrate creative design expertise, producing eye-catching graphics for social media posts, banners, emails, and other marketing materials.
Ability to quickly create visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.

Communication and Comprehension:
Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey the company’s messaging across various social media platforms.
Demonstrate excellent reading comprehension skills, quickly grasping industry nuances and adapting messaging accordingly.

End-to-End Content Creation:
Execute end-to-end content creation and design for corporate brochures, marketing materials, and other collateral.
Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all materials.

Responsiveness and Pressure Handling:
Be available and responsive for quick feedback, adjustments, and collaboration with team members.
Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and social media best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
