Social media manager

Wanna be a social influencer? Be our social
media manager!

We are looking for a fun, fashion loving social media who
loves interacting with people online and spread the love of
vintage fashion!

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report
2. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product
Development teams
3. Manage and oversee social media content on FB,
Twitter, Insta, Snapchat and etc.
4. Measure the success of every social media
campaigns

c) Calm and collected under pressure

Experience is key but you do need to have good
English skills. It’s also important that you know how to use
the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an
expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar
with most of them.
1. Web research using search engines like Google, IE,
Bing, etc
2. Microsoft Word
3. Microsoft Excel
4. Microsoft Powerpoint
5. Gmail and other email applications
6. Google Docs
7. Google Sheets
8. Google Slides
9. Google Calendar
10. Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp,
Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
11. Project management software (Basecamp, Trello,
Asana, Evernote, Google Docs)
12. Time management or time tracking software
(TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise
from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help
you
1. Public relations experience
2. Sales experience

This is a part-time position Mondays to Fridays, the hours are flexible.

$125/bi-weekly for part-time work (20 hours a week).

We do 13th month payment( This applies after the probationary period).

There will be 60 day probationary period.

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after 6 months. We
honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

If accepted, you will be provided with training to understand the products
in our catalog.
You’ll be working with the manager. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to
manage your own team of VAs to handle the tasks.
