Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager at Family Home Buyers, you will play a crucial role in building our online presence, engaging with our target audience, and creating a community of satisfied clients. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand’s voice, share our success stories, and drive growth through creative and strategic social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and youtube

Posting and Scheduling: Manage the content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

Community Engagement: Interact with our audience, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and foster meaningful relationships with potential clients.

Audience Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase our social media following and reach our target market effectively.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management, and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A passion for real estate and a commitment to Family Home Buyers’ values.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
