Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Lead business outreach efforts to establish partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances with relevant industry stakeholders, organizations, and potential clients, expanding the company’s network and generating new business opportunities.

Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with client brand guidelines and resonates with their target audience. This includes writing captivating copy, designing visuals, and editing videos or other multimedia content.

Take ownership of social media accounts, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, by managing content creation, posting schedules, audience engagement, and performance analysis to effectively represent the brand and maximize online presence.

Experience with Canva is required.

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in content creation tools, such as graphic design software, video editing software, and social media scheduling platforms
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
