We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our Social Media Accounts. As the Social Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us shape our brand’s online presence and connect with our audience.
Responsibilities:
> Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all of our accounts, aligned with our brand’s goals and target audience.
> Manage and Post engaging and valuable content, including images and videos to share across various social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
> Research and Create educational graphics, intriguing thumbnails, engaging stories, and quality captions for posts.
> Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
> Plan and execute social media calendar and campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase follower engagement, and support product launches and promotions.
> Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
> Oversee social media accounts’ overall design (e.g. cover, profile pictures, highlights, and layout).
> Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and our Face of the Brand to integrate social media initiatives into the overall marketing, account growth, and advertising strategy.
> Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty (particularly skincare) and health industry news, trends, and developments, using this knowledge to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
> Provide weekly reports and insights on the performance of our accounts.
Requirements:
> Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting abilities.
> Full-time availability (EST Time) with the flexibility to manage all of our social media accounts.
> At least 2 Years of proven experience in managing social media accounts for beauty and health brands or related industries.
> Demonstrable success in growing social media followers and engagement.
> Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to create compelling and shareable content through the use of editing platforms such as Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
> Strong understanding and experience in SEO and Social Media Analytics.
> Knowledge of beauty and health industry trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
> Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
> Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
