Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals and target audience’s needs.
* Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee the management of all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
* Conduct Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand trends, identify opportunities, and inform marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
* SEO and SEM Campaigns: Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
* Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement with our existing customers. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content for various digital platforms. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.
* Analyze Data and Report on Performance: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve future marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities’ effectiveness.
* Budget Management: Monitor the digital marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to create a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
* Professional Development: Actively seek out opportunities for professional development in digital marketing, including attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to stay ahead of industry trends.
