We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance our social media presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Create, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and strategy.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI.
Generate regular reports on social media performance and insights.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in social media platforms and their respective tools and algorithms.
Strong understanding of content creation and visual aesthetics.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Training and Assessment Period (First 30 Days): $350/month
Post-Training Salary: $650/month
