As we aim for 8-figure revenue this year, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented, full-time Social Media Manager. If you are passionate about social media and content creation, and ready to contribute to our ambitious goals, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and publish engaging content across our social media profiles.
– Manage interactions on social media, including comments and inbox messages.
– Repurpose video content for various platforms, including blogs, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and podcasts.
– Guide students in building their mood boards and designing social media covers, logos, and banners.

Required Skills and Experience:
– Fast and stable internet connection.
– Professional appearance, excellent verbal communication skills in English, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
– Strong understanding of sales funnels, including TOFU, MOFU, BOFU.
– Self-motivated learner, open to coaching and mastering new strategies.
– Creative ability in graphic creation and video editing, ensuring content is engaging, converting, and brand-aligned.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in copywriting and content creation/repurposing.
– At least 2 years of experience with Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
– Website/funnel design and management experience is advantageous.
– Previous experience in network marketing is a plus.
– Technical skills in managing CRM and Automations are desirable.

Working Hours:
– 40 hours or more per week.
– Between 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time.
