Social Media Manager

QRx Digital is a Digital Marketing Company based in Florida, USA.

We are actively looking for Social Media Manager for our company. This is purely remote work.

The ideal candidate must have an extensive knowledge about the community guidelines and with excellent skills.

Job Responsibilities:

– Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
– Create effective and engaging social media content
– Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
– Grow social media following and ensure a genuine connection with the audience and potential audience.
– Develop and make sure to reach key point indicators
– Create effective and result-driven advertising campaigns.
– Collaborate with project manager to ensure brand consistency.
– Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
– Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
– Setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Execute daily assigned tasks and meet set deadlines.
– Contribute to the project’s overall performance.
– Assigned a role in each project based on skill.
– Work with their project team, to develop strategies aligned with their project’s short term and long-term goal.
– Execute daily assigned tasks and meet set deadlines.

– Presenting possible solutions to the managers in case of a bottleneck.
– Keeping the project manager informed of the project progress.

Qualifications:

– Extensive knowledge of management theory and its practical applications in the workplace.
– Experience with ad creation and monitoring of results, in order to create high-quality and effective campaigns.
– Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
– Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
– Extensive knowledge and/or experience in sales marketing.
– Ability to create social media content and materials.
– Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives simultaneously.
– A Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred.
