Job Description

Anna’s World of Gifts is a new company currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic experienced Social Media Manager who is also able to create and edit social media content, as well as do some video editing. Initially the focus is going to be on Facebook and Instagram. You must have great attention to detail, excellent English proficiency skills, be coachable and be comfortable with handling multiple tasks. In this role you will be learning, you will develop new skills and be provided with training. Our company is all about feedback, open dialect, and growth. This person would oversee content posting for two different businesses. Content for one year is already created.

The role includes social media management, content creation & content posting. There will also be some limited conversations with prospects via social media.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Proven track record of managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
– Experience developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
– A passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
– To be willing to work at least 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
– Ability to handle feedback
– Attention to detail
– Experience using Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
– Create a content calendar and produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
– Monitor social media channels and engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
– Analyse and report on social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company’s social media strategy.
– Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI.
– Research top and trending hashtags
– Create pinnable and fresh pins, Schedule, and track pins
