The Social Media Manager will be the voice and vision behind our social media channels, tasked with crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy for Instagram and Facebook that engages our target audience and highlights our services and success stories.
Lead Generation: Design and execute targeted lead funneling campaigns, optimizing social media content and ads to generate leads and convert followers into clients.
Community Engagement: Actively manage our social media accounts, fostering community interaction, responding to inquiries, and building relationships with followers.
Brand Advocacy: Ensure all social media content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for engagement and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies based on insights and trends to maximize effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a unified brand message and capitalize on cross-promotional opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: Demonstrable success in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, with a portfolio of work that shows your ability to engage and grow an audience.

Creative Flair: Exceptional content creation skills, with a keen eye for design, compelling storytelling, and an understanding of what captures the audience’s attention.
Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to develop and implement effective social media and lead-generation strategies that align with business goals.
