Anything for Sports is a Media company and Sports organization whose goal is to develop and promote competition in sports amongst Las Vegas youth and young adults. We provide sports-related development, exposure, media, education, and recruiting services to help improve the Las Vegas athletics community. We’re looking for an amazingly driven Social Media Manager who is looking to take control of their career while doing some real, meaningful work. We aren’t just building a team; we are building a family.

A Social Media Manager should love story-telling and creating engaging social media content to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

• Responsible for supervising and managing our social media coordinators
• Provide day-to-day management of social media presence, including creating compelling strategy and content that drives thought leadership and direct selling opportunities
• Define the most important social media KPIs and report on content performance, taking corrective action when needed
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
• Create and implement strategies to grow social media existing presence and implement new strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with other teams like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Maintain a social media calendar and manage the promotion of content across our distribution platforms (social media)
• Communicate with followers, respond to questions in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts design
• Stay up-to-date on technology and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
• Creativity is key! Someone with the ability to think outside the box and not only stay on top of social media trends but also help define what comes next.
• Have a CURRENT portfolio that demonstrates social media campaigns or content that help build a brand story
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, and other emerging platforms
• Multi-tasker who is highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately while working towards multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with Social Media Analytics
